Terms Of Service

We reserve the right to terminate the appointment at any time.
You agree to maintain a behaviour that is not intimidating and inappropriate to our staff at all times.
Should you not agree to the price outlined, we mutually agree to terminate the appointment. Negotiating will not take place.
If the clothes are soiled, smell heavily or smoke or pets we reserve the right to cancel the terminate the appointment.
You agree that the items will be clean and that there will be a space for us to sort the clothes upon arrival.
You agree to remove pets that may be aggressive from the area where the clothes will be weighed to ensure colleagues safety.
You will sign the receipt as proof of funds received.
